DmFirst App Guide does not run a support desk. There is no email address or phone line here, and nothing on this site can reset a password, unlock an account or look up a balance.

Where DmFirst account help comes from

• Forgotten password: the platform's login screen has a Forgot password? link and tells members to contact customer service.
• Locked after wrong passwords: the lock message includes a Contact customer service button.
• Payments or other account questions: take them to the platform's customer service, not to this guide.

Beware of fake helpers

Nobody from this site will message you. Keep your password and any verification code to yourself, whoever claims to be helping with DmFirst. Use the platform's own customer service option, not numbers posted in comments or chat groups.

Spotted something out of date?

Platform screens change, and a step on this site can fall behind. With no inbox to report it, pages are compared against the live DmFirst screens and corrected when a label, field or menu moves.
