DM First Login

A DM First account signs in with a phone number or an email address plus a password. The steps below follow the login screen as it appeared, including what happens after too many wrong attempts.

Phone Number tab sign-in from the icon

  1. Open DM First from its home screen icon or your browser. No icon yet? The install guide sets one up.
  2. Stay on the Phone Number tab, where the +91 country code is already chosen.
  3. Type the mobile number you registered with.
  4. Enter your password.
  5. Tick Remember password only on a phone nobody else uses.
  6. Press Log in.

Accounts made with an email address

Switch to the Email tab, whose box reads please input your email. Enter the address tied to your account, add your password and press Log in. If you signed up with a mobile number, go back to the phone tab.

Why DM First turns a sign-in away

Lost password or a locked account

Press Forgot password? on the login screen. The same screen notes that anyone who forgets a password should contact customer service, so take that route if the reset option does not get you back in.

Questions and answers

What does Remember password do on DM First?

Going by its label, it keeps your password filled in on the login screen so you do not retype it each visit. Leave it unticked on a shared or borrowed phone.

Does the home screen icon sign in differently?

No. The icon simply opens the same web platform, so the phone and email tabs behave exactly as they do in the browser.
